A small-batch pét-nat from Garth Cliff and Kristen McGann's Vino Volta in Western Australia's Swan Valley, made from old-vine Grenache. Whole-bunch pressed and bottled mid-ferment in the méthode ancestrale style, so the bubbles come from the grapes' own sugars with nothing added. Bright, fruity and lightly textural — a fun, food-friendly fizz.
