Shipping policy

We deliver boutique wine, artisan cheese and gourmet provisions across Australia.

 

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is a flat $15, with estimated delivery of 2–8 business days. Express shipping is a flat $20. Orders over $200 receive free standard shipping. We dispatch orders as quickly as we can.

 

Local pickup

Local to the Gold Coast? Get in touch and we'll arrange collection from our cellar at Shop 5, 570 Gold Coast Highway, Tugun.

 

Alcohol delivery

You must be 18 or over to place an order, and a signature from someone aged 18 or over is required on delivery. We can't leave alcohol unattended, and we don't deliver between midnight and 6am. We don't deliver to dry or restricted-area communities — this includes hampers that contain alcohol. Liquor is sold under NSW Liquor Licence No. LIQP770017408 (Sunnibel Deli Pty Ltd).

 

Cheese and perishables

Perishable items are packed for chilled transit and shipped early in the week to avoid sitting in transit over the weekend. Please make sure someone is available to receive perishable orders.
