A bright, savoury light-red from Azienda Agricola Scarzella, a small third-generation family winery run by three brothers in Asti, Piedmont, working just 3 hectares for around 10,000 bottles a year. Made from 100% Grignolino, hand-harvested at dawn and fermented in small steel tanks. A pale, fresh and persuasive drink built on natural acidity and delicate tannins.
