A luxurious triple-cream cow's-milk cheese from French maker Lincet, named after the famous 18th-century gastronome Brillat-Savarin. Enriched with extra cream, it's wonderfully rich and buttery with a soft, bloomy white rind and a dense, almost dessert-like centre. Tangy, fresh and decadent. Serve at room temperature with crusty bread, fresh fruit and a glass of Champagne or sparkling wine.
