A low-intervention Gamay from Domaine de la Roche, a project founded in December 2019 by friends Mathieu (fifth-generation winemaker) and Charles in the village of Lantignié, northern Beaujolais. Organically farmed and made with traditional semi-carbonic whole-bunch maceration, it is fermented in stainless steel for freshness and bottled unfined, unfiltered and with minimal sulfur. Light-bodied yet richly fruited and fragrant.
