Tasting notes
Amber-copper colour with sarsaparilla, dried citrus peel, prune, walnut and Christmas spice (cinnamon, vanilla); gently bitter-sweet and herbaceous with a tobacco-and-quinine finish.
How to use
Serve chilled over ice with an orange or citrus twist as an aperitif, or use in cocktails such as the Negroni and Manhattan. Refrigerate after opening.
Pairs with
Olives, charcuterie and aperitivo snacks; classic with cured meats and hard cheeses.
