Brunello di Montalcino from Tenuta Croce di Mezzo, a small family estate on the road from Montalcino to Castelnuovo dell'Abate in Tuscany. Made from 100% Sangiovese Grosso grown at around 500m altitude, hand-harvested and aged 30 months in large oak botti plus at least 8 months in bottle. The 2019 vintage is widely regarded as an outstanding Brunello year.
