Craven Wines - Cinsault 2022

A pure, single-vineyard Cinsault from Mick and Jeanine Craven, an Australian-South African husband-and-wife team making site-specific wines in Stellenbosch. Fruit comes from 30-plus-year-old organically farmed dry bush vines at the Rustenhof vineyard in Faure, just a few kilometres from the ocean. Whole-berry native ferment and concrete ageing give a light-bodied, thirst-quenching, low-intervention red.
