A Barbera d'Alba DOC from the Sandri family's longstanding estate in Treiso, Piedmont, with the 'Baccara' cuvee from older vines (25-50 yrs) at San Rocco Seno d'Elvio. Crushed and fermented in concrete and wood tanks with 20 days maceration, then aged a year in tank plus a year in bottle before release. Only 4,000 bottles made.
