How to use
Serve at room temperature as a cheese course or with drinks; let it mature to ripen fully. Good melted on bread or in salads.

Best on a cheeseboard or with fresh sliced bread; pairs with Chablis or Burgundy reds such as Nuits-Saint-Georges.
