A pretty, pale Provence-style rosé from Domaine La Grande Bauquière, grown at altitude at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire mountain in the south of France. A blend of Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah, it's fresh and elegant — wild strawberry, redcurrant and citrus zest lifted by white flowers, with a crisp, mineral finish. Dry, vibrant and very easy to love. Perfect chilled on a warm Gold Coast afternoon with seafood, salads, soft goat's cheese or a grazing board.
