Apricot Preserve 320g

A French apricot preserve from Lucien Georgelin, a family jam-maker in the Lot-et-Garonne in south-west France, cooked the old way in small batches in a copper cauldron (au chaudron). Bright and fruit-forward with a gentle tartness, it carries a generous proportion of real apricot rather than just sugar. Lovely on the cheeseboard with a soft, rich cheese or a slice of brie, and just as good on toast or a croissant.
