A single-varietal Fiano from Wangolina, a five-generation Goode family producer on the Limestone Coast of South Australia. Fruit was handpicked and whole-bunch pressed, with roughly a third fermented in small oak on lees before blending with a stainless-steel component, giving an aromatic, textural and savoury white.

Tasting notes

Aromas of jasmine, apple and orange blossom; palate of ripe pineapple, roasted almond and orange peel with hints of fennel and lavender, finishing long with delicate bath-salt minerality.
