A pure, elegant cool-climate Chardonnay from the Goode family's Wangolina estate on South Australia's Limestone Coast (Mount Benson / Padthaway fruit). Made with minimal intervention: roughly half barrel-fermented in quality oak for richness and texture, half kept in stainless steel for freshness. The estate's most popular wine, pitched as 'not too heavy, not too light'.
