How to use
Drizzle over carpaccio, cured meats and salads, or use in dressings and reductions wherever a red wine vinegar is called for. Store in a cool, dry place; once opened, use within about 3 months.

Tuna carpaccio, sardines, bresaola, Iberico ham, capers; anywhere red wine vinegar is used
