Unico Rosa is a vibrant pink vermouth from South Australia's Unico Zelo, built on a wine base of skin-contact Adelaide Hills Pinot Gris and Riverland Grenache. It is botanised with native Australian Rosella, Davidson plum and strawberry gum alongside fresh and dried wormwood, giving a playful, fruit-and-floral aperitif. Vegan-friendly.
