Two Tonne Tasmania is the small-batch label of winemaker Ricky Evans, founded in 2013 and named for its original tiny two-tonne production. This TMV (Tamar Valley) Chardonnay is drawn from five Tamar Valley sites and made in a cool-climate, mineral, partially malolactic style. Fresh yet generous, it is a benchmark expression of northern Tasmanian Chardonnay.
