Sweet fig and golden honey are folded through balsamic vinegar and cooked down to a thick, glossy, syrupy glaze with a gentle tang. Drizzle it over a cheese board, roasted vegetables, grilled meats or fresh figs, or spoon it over creamy soft cheeses and burrata. A little goes a long way.
