Thanisch Riesling Kabinett 2022

Delicately beautiful Riesling from one of Germany's most prominent producers. For this excellent value entry Kabinett wine fruit is sourced from dramatic vineyards around the town of Bernkastel.

Citrus and herbal notes abound with some slatey, earthy minerality characters, and a light, crunchy finish.

Sits at about 20 grams residual sugar, this is just off-dry, and it makes the perfect combo with seafood, poultry or spicy feasts.
