Taylor & Smith Distilling Co. is a small-batch distillery in the Hobart suburb of Moonah, Tasmania, founded by Natalie Smith and Ben Taylor, hand-milling and direct-firing local malted barley since 2017. This is their Tasmanian Single Malt - a single cask, hand-numbered bottling matured in ex-Heaven Hill American bourbon barrels. Bottled at a generous 46% ABV with no chill filtration on the spirit's natural character.
