SUPER SMOOTH INFUSED VODKA 700ML

This Australian inspired vodka is double distilled and charcoal filtered. The infusion process provides only the slightest hint of native strawberry gum, kaffir lime and coconut. These three unique flavours complement the smooth finish and maintain that clean vodka taste. This recipe was designed for anyone who enjoys vodka neat or with their preferred mixer, and especially any cocktail drinks.

About

The Tahā Distillery was created in 2021 by two brothers - Andre & Logan Howe. Growing up in New Zealand and now living on the East Coast of Australia. Our intention is to showcase the unique flavours of the south pacific islands and to connect with different people and cultures.

Tahā refers to the type of gourd (vessel) traditionally used by Māori and other Polynesians to carry food and water whether journeying across the ocean or the land. The word ‘hā’ in the Māori language means ‘to taste or breathe’.

INSTRUCTION

For hot drinks:

Start with a clean thermos.
Warm your thermos by filling it with boiling water. Put the lid on. Let it sit for a few minutes then pour out the water.
Once your thermos is warm, quickly add boiling hot drinks and put the lid on tightly.

For cold drinks:

Start with a clean thermos.
Chill your thermos in the fridge or freezer.
You can also fill the thermos with ice and water. Put the lid on. Let it sit for a few minutes to cool then pour out the water.
Once the thermos is chilled, quickly add cold drink (at or below 4°C or 40°F) and put the lid on tightly.
