Located within the beautiful Cornerstone Stores at Tugun, we invite you to visit our fromagerie and experience our friendly, personalised service, or shop online from the comfort of your home, as you choose the perfect gift for a loved one or an indulgent treat for yourself. 

Our Story

We acknowledge and pay respects to the people of the Yugambeh language region of the Gold Coast and all their descendants both past and present. We also acknowledge the many Aboriginal people from other regions as well as Torres Strait and South Sea Islander people who now live in the local area and have made an important contribution to the community.


Created by two friends, Rafael and Kath, with a dream to bring a taste of Europe to the Gold Coast. Quince Fromagerie and Cellar opened in 2018 as part of Cornerstone Stores, on the Southern Gold Coast.


A boutique providore of European and select-local wines, spirits and cheeses. Quince imports limited edition and hard to find products. Not satisfied with the status-quo, Quince is committed to imparting their knowledge.

Our European wine offering is an impressive sight (and taste). With small-batch, organic and biodynamic wines. Limited edition Spirits and an extensive range of Non-Alcoholic choices we want to help you find your next favourite drop.

Our values ​​are based on ethics, responsibility and care.We have chosen to wrap our cut cheese in specially imported French waxed cheese paper, rather than in plastic. This is just one of the ways Quince is committed to a more sustainable retail experience.

We are very chuffed about the pride our staff take in their product knowledge. Our team boasts Sommeliers, Wine Bar Managers and European wine and food experts. So whether you fancy yourself a connoisseur, or excited to learn more about the fine European fair, our team are ready.

We love sourcing the perfect accompaniments, including salumnis, olives, truffles, peppers, breadsticks, crackers, sardines, tuna, crisps and sauces. And our walk in cheese room lets you browse, taste and choose from over 40 cheeses. We will help you level up your next platter.
