A lo-fi, low-alcohol Barossa Valley Chardonnay from former-accountant-turned-winemaker Sven Joschke, who trained under Peter Schell (Spinifex) and Jason Schwarz. Wild-fermented in French oak and aged 11 months on lees, then bottled unfined and unfiltered. Fresh, textural and European in style with toasty oak and bright minerality.
