Sven Joschke - La Eleanor sangiovese 2025

Sven Joschke, raised in the Adelaide Hills, swapped accountancy for winemaking after a stint in France's Jura. La Eleanore is a single-vineyard Sangiovese from 25-year-old vines in Langhorne Creek, fermented as a single parcel and aged in neutral French oak and tank for six months before bottling unfined with minimal sulphur. The wine note also references 'sven joshke' (misspelling) and grenache in the store tags, but it is a varietal Sangiovese.
