A certified organic and biodynamic, estate-grown single-vineyard Pinot Noir from the Derwent Valley in southern Tasmania. Wild-fermented with around 40% whole bunch and matured 12 months in French oak (15% new), it is silky, perfumed and built to cellar. Vegan-friendly and rated 94 points by Gary Walsh (The Winefront).
