Aged for 2 years and bottled directly from the barrel with 24 karat gold flakes.

This fascinating drink has been triple distilled in a double column copper alembic, offering a higher degree of purity, which gives it an extraordinary richness in its exceptional and unique aroma and flavor, which is recognized by our master distiller in the beautiful and elegant bottle that distinguishes this award-winning presentation.

ABOUT

For more than 800 years, this centuries-old drink has been made by the Anazasis and Tarahumara tribes. Today, Hacienda de Chihuahua extracts the sotol plant from nature, thus preserving its organic and natural character.

The Sotol drink inherits from this wild plant a spirit that is only forged in the constant fight against a harsh and hostile environment.

Its slow steam cooking, fermentation with champagne yeasts, distillation in a double column copper alembic, as well as resting for at least 6 months in new French white oak barrels, achieve an extraordinary spirit that is appreciated in its fine, unique aroma. , soft and natural; and either alone or prepared, it provides a unique experience.

Sotol of Hacienda de Chihuahua is a rich tradition from México to the world.

INSTRUCTION

For hot drinks:

  • Start with a clean thermos. 
  •  Warm your thermos by filling it with boiling water. Put the lid on. Let it sit for a few minutes then pour out the water.
  • Once your thermos is warm, quickly add boiling hot drinks and put the lid on tightly.

For cold drinks: 

  • Start with a clean thermos. 
  • Chill your thermos in the fridge or freezer. 
  • You can also fill the thermos with ice and water. Put the lid on. Let it sit for a few minutes to cool then pour out the water. 
  • Once the thermos is chilled, quickly add cold drink (at or below 4°C or 40°F) and put the lid on tightly.
