Soldada tequila blanco

A small-batch unaged tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave grown at the foot of the Santa Cruz volcano in Jalisco, Mexico. The agave is roasted in brick ovens and double distilled, giving a bright, crisp spirit with roasted agave and citrus up front, a touch of earthy minerality and a clean, peppery finish. Lovely sipped neat, or the backbone of a proper Margarita or Paloma.
