Snake and Herring Bizarre Love Triangle 2024 - Pinot Gris

An aromatic Alsace-inspired white from Margaret River makers Snake + Herring, led by Pinot Gris (96%) with a splash of Riesling (4%) off Great Southern fruit. Components were individually pressed and partly barrel-fermented in old 500L puncheons, then aged four months on lees for texture before reassembly. A Pinot Gris first and foremost, with pear, white florals and bright citrus drive.
