Okuharima Tsuyone is a junmai sake from Shimomura Shuzo, a small all-junmai brewery founded in 1884 in the farmland and forests north of Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture. Brewed with locally grown Yume Nishiki rice using traditional yamahai, muroka, nama and genshu methods, it is a rich, dry and complex sake with a refreshing acidic backbone. Imported to Australia by Black Market Sake.
