A white Burgundy from Domaine Saumaize-Michelin, a respected biodynamic estate based in Vergisson in the Maconnais. Made from Chardonnay, it has a generous nose of fresh apple, lemon and orange blossom with white-flower notes. Light, pure and nicely balanced with a slightly chewy texture, it suits roast chicken, creamy pasta and soft cheeses.
