Winemaking notes - The grapes were directly pressed off skins and then transferred into old oak barrels for fermentation and maturation. Bottled at the end of August
Tasting Notes - Pale salmon colour, very pronounced and aromatic nose (think strawberry, peach) and it has incredible complexity. Very food friendly.
Food pairing - Seafood, Lasagne, Pretty much anything... She's very food friendly.
Grape - 100% Nebbiolo

Born over a love of wine, travel and friendship, Foreign Friends was founded by sisters Leila and Crystal and close friend Juliette who met in Beechworth close to a decade ago.
Working in wine distribution as a rep, Juliette moved to Australia from France in 2016 where the trio then met in Beechworth, a special childhood place for Leila and Crystal. Spent together were many vintages, family holidays and harvest parties, from which Foreign Friends was brought to life.
Our vision is simple - to bring all friends, old and new, together over a bottle of wine. From handcrafted wines to curated travel experiences, we invite you to join us on a journey that transcends borders and embraces the richness of different cultures and moments in time.
