Pietradolce Etna Rosso

An elegant, mineral-driven Sicilian red from Pietradolce, made entirely from Nerello Mascalese grown on the volcanic northern slopes of Mount Etna at 700-800m. Light-to-medium bodied and beautifully fragrant, it shows wild strawberry, sour cherry and wet-stone notes with bright, energetic acidity. A critically acclaimed expression of Etna often likened to fine Burgundy.
