The Bio Orto Organic Tomato Sauce Puttanesca, prepared according to the Italian tradition, combines the organic EVO with olives and capers, thus creating a condiment which has a rich and unique flavour and is made only with fresh and organic ingredients.

The Bio Orto Organic Tomato Sauce Puttanesca is a product that is ready to be used and is free from preservatives and added sugar.

Ingredients: Organic tomato pulp (42,5%), organic tomato purée (42,5%), organic pitted black olives (9%), organic capers (3%), organic EVOO (2,5%), organic chilli pepper, organic parsley, organic garlic and salt.

Pairings: Ideal for pasta and for preparing fish and chicken.

INSTRUCTION

For hot drinks:

Start with a clean thermos.
Warm your thermos by filling it with boiling water. Put the lid on. Let it sit for a few minutes then pour out the water.
Once your thermos is warm, quickly add boiling hot drinks and put the lid on tightly.

For cold drinks:

Start with a clean thermos.
Chill your thermos in the fridge or freezer.
You can also fill the thermos with ice and water. Put the lid on. Let it sit for a few minutes to cool then pour out the water.
Once the thermos is chilled, quickly add cold drink (at or below 4°C or 40°F) and put the lid on tightly.
