BIOORTO ORGANIC MARINATED ARTICHOKE HEARTS 350G

Cultivated in the company’s fields on the slopes of the Gargano and exclusively picked by hand, the artichokes are processed immediately after the harvest exactly to offer the best part of this vegetable with multiple beneficial qualities.

The soft heart of the artichoke, rich in nutritional substances and mineral salts, mixed with the organic EVO, produced by the company, gives birth to the Organic Artichoke Hearts: a high quality product which enhances the authentic flavours of the fresh ingredient.

Ingredients: Organic artichokes (65%), organic EVOO (14%), organic sunflower oil (14%), wine vinegar, salt, organic pepper, organic bay. Acidity regulator: citric acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Pairings: Ideal for tasty appetizers, to enhance salads or to season savoury gourmet pizzas.

INSTRUCTION

For hot drinks:

Start with a clean thermos.
Warm your thermos by filling it with boiling water. Put the lid on. Let it sit for a few minutes then pour out the water.
Once your thermos is warm, quickly add boiling hot drinks and put the lid on tightly.

For cold drinks:

Start with a clean thermos.
Chill your thermos in the fridge or freezer.
You can also fill the thermos with ice and water. Put the lid on. Let it sit for a few minutes to cool then pour out the water.
Once the thermos is chilled, quickly add cold drink (at or below 4°C or 40°F) and put the lid on tightly.
