Newman's - Mustard Dijon

A traditional French-style Dijon mustard made by Newman's at Langhorne Creek in South Australia. Pale and smooth (the husks are removed), with a full, rounded flavour and a gentle, understated heat. Lovely with cold meats and cheese, in a ham or beef sandwich, or stirred through dressings and mayonnaise.
