This Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP from Manicardi is expertly matured for 3 years in 4000-litre barrels crafted from chestnut, oak, mulberry, cherry, and juniper woods. It contains 50% cooked grape must, equating to 400g of sugar per litre, without any artificial caramel colouring. It is sweet, rich, and complex. This is the vinegar for special dishes or for serving with good Parmigiano Reggiano.
