Les Jamelles has been produced since 1991 by Burgundy siblings Catherine and Laurent Delaunay, fourth-generation winemakers who fell for the Languedoc after a stint in California. This 100% Chardonnay from IGP Pays d'Oc is slow-fermented in temperature-controlled tanks, with part of the blend aged on fine lees in oak for around nine months for added texture and complexity. An approachable, elegant southern French white.
