Terroirs d'Écueil is the flagship Premier Cru cuvée from grower-producer Champagne Lacourte-Godbillon, an 8ha organic/biodynamic estate at Écueil in the Montagne de Reims run by Géraldine Lacourte and Richard Desvignes. A Pinot Noir–led blend (around 85% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay) with a high proportion of reserve wines, it ages a minimum of 24 months on lees. The result balances creamy texture with electric, chalky vitality.
