Lá Narval - Sardina Pilchardus 120g

Beautiful tinned sardines (Sardina pilchardus) from La Narval, hand-packed in olive oil in the Spanish tradition. Each 120g tin holds three to five plump sardines, line-caught in season by small boats, hand-cleaned and gently cooked before canning so they keep their firm texture and rich, savoury flavour. A proper pantry treat, lovely straight from the tin on toasted sourdough with a squeeze of lemon, or laid over salad with crusty bread and a glass of crisp white.
