Komasa Gin Ichigo is a Japanese craft gin from Komasa Jyozo, a Kagoshima shochu house distilling since 1883 at its Hioki distillery in a leading strawberry-growing region. Built on a rice-shochu base and redistilled with strawberries, juniper and herbs for a sweet, fragrant gin.
