Joseph First Run is Joe Grilli's seasonal extra virgin olive oil from Primo Estate in South Australia, pressed from greener olives picked at the very start of harvest. The fruit is cold pressed and bottled young to capture the most intense, fresh-season flavour. A benchmark Australian oil, it is released fresh each season and best enjoyed at peak vibrancy.
