A benchmark village Chablis from Maison Joseph Drouhin, one of Burgundy's great historic family houses (founded 1880). The Reserve de Vaudon is 100% Chardonnay from Drouhin's Domaine de Vaudon vineyards near the Grand Crus, fermented in stainless steel with little to no oak to showcase pure, chalk-driven minerality. The hot 2023 vintage gives an aromatic, ample yet fresh expression.

Tasting notes

Brilliant colour with green hints; classic Chablis nose of citrus (lemon), fern and saline/oyster-shell minerality. Palate is vigorous and lively yet soft, with yellow-fruit generosity, finesse and balance.
