Joseph Catting Pinot Gris - 2023

Powerful, slightly smoky, fruity aromas lead into a palate of autumnal hints (mushrooms, moss, fallen leaves), almonds, slightly smoky, rich fruit.

"Medium lemon in colour. Honey and melon on the nose. Dry, but the very ripe fruit notes make it seem sweeter than it is. Pear, honeysuckle, and pineapple on the palate. High acidity, medium-full Body. Well balanced and fairly complex, fair length. Overall very good.
