Gotas de Mar is an Albariño from DO Rías Baixas in Galicia, north-west Spain, produced by Hammeken Cellars. The name ("Drops of the Sea") nods to the cool Atlantic terroir, giving a fresh, aromatic white built for seafood. The 2019 vintage shows ripe stone fruit and a saline, mineral lift.
