Cardinalice is Chateau Gigognan's flagship Chateauneuf-du-Pape, produced only in the best vintages from the estate's oldest Grenache vines (some planted in 1937) on organically farmed plots. The 2019 is a garnet-hued, perfumed expression of blackberry and wild raspberry with silky texture and notable length. Wine Enthusiast rated it 90 points.
