A dry, sparkling traditional Breton cider from the Sehedic family, who have farmed certified-organic orchards since 1950. Pressed from a blend of around 30 heirloom cider-apple varieties, aged in barrel then naturally carbonated in bottle with no added sulphites. Fruity and thirst-quenching with a taut, gently tannic finish.
