A traditional Italian mostarda di fichi from Agricola Senga, a small family producer in Northern Italy (Mantua region). Whole small figs are gently candied using a 400-year-old method, then finished with a touch of mustard essence for a sweet fruit character with a slightly spicy, sharp kick. A classic accompaniment to cheese and cured meats.
