VALETTE - CONFIT DE CANARD DU SUD-OUEST
Prepared in the purest tradition of the South-West, Valette's confit duck legs are lightly golden, with soft flesh. Extremely tasty and melts in the mouth.
Carefully prepared using duck legs, salted then very slowly cooked in duck fat. This gentle cooking gives this confit the melt in the mouth texture and rich duck flavour.
