Dos Maderas PX 5+5 is a triple-aged sherried rum from Spain's Bodegas Williams & Humbert. Caribbean rums from Barbados and Guyana are aged five years in the tropics, then shipped to Jerez for a further five years in old sherry butts (Palo Cortado then Pedro Ximenez). The PX finish gives a dark amber, dessert-like spirit of raisin, fig and vanilla.
