A white Burgundy from Domaine du Beauregard, a family estate at the southern end of the Cote de Beaune. The 'Les Anges' cuvee is AOC Bourgogne Chardonnay drawn from old vines (around 45 years), direct-pressed and aged in oak with a portion of new barrels for balance. Luminous and mineral, it shows the finesse of Burgundy's great whites in an accessible style.
